• Location Data: With your consent, Save A Bite may collect GPS or other location data from your mobile device to show nearby mystery boxes or restaurants. We also use Google Maps data for location services.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the app, such as search queries, the pages or sections you view, and your interactions with the platform. We may also collect device information (IP address, device type, operating system, and browser) and log data when you use the platform.
• Communications: We collect information you provide when you contact us or respond to our emails, such as feedback or support requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for various purposes, including:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Save A Bite platform. This includes processing transactions, sending order confirmations, and providing customer support.
• To personalize your experience (for example, showing relevant mystery boxes or promotions).
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, or updates to our terms and policies. We may send you transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account notices) and, if you opt in, marketing communications.

Save A Bite will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information securely; refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.

• Mailgun (or similar email service): We use a third-party email service to send transactional and marketing emails. This provider only uses your information to perform email delivery on our behalf.

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies. We ensure they comply with applicable data protection standards.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure. You use Save A Bite at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access: You can request the personal data we hold about you.
